- Why am I missing some account codes when making a request?
The following should be checked to ensure all account codes assigned work:
1. Check if the account code is assigned to the location and department in question. You can check the steps from How to Assign an Account Code to a Department.
2. Check if the budget is still active and not expired. This article how to reactivate an expired budget will explain how.
- Only users with Settings access to Chart of Accounts and Manage Budget will be able to fix it.
