Due to customization, your interface text may differ. In this article, we are using the default labels Location and Department. Learn more here.
The following should be checked to ensure all account codes assigned work:
A) Check if the account code is assigned to the Location and Department in question. You can check the steps from How to Assign an Account Code to a Department.
B) Check to see if the user is assigned to the correct Location/Department that the Account Code is assigned to.
- Only users with Settings access to Chart of Accounts and Manage Budget will be able to complete the following steps.
