- Why am I missing some account codes when making a request?
The following should be checked to ensure all account codes assigned work:
A) Check if the account code is assigned to the Location and Department in question. You can check the steps from How to Assign an Account Code to a Department.
B) Check if the budget is still active and not expired. Learn How to Reactivate an Expired Budget
- Only users with Settings access to Chart of Accounts and Manage Budget will be able to complete the following steps.
