When a client requests a bid, you will receive an email from Procurify Exchange inviting you to bid on the products they are requesting. The email will highlight the company, receiving date, bidding date, and item details.
Submitting Your Bid
- From the email received, click on the orange Respond button.
- Fill out all the details. If multiple quantities have been requested, multiple price quotes can be given. If your client has requested an item you do not supply, be sure to check the Not Sold box. If you supply the item, but it is currently out of stock, check the Out of Stock box. Click Next to continue.
- Review the info you have entered, and hit Submit to share your bid with your client. Once your client has made a decision, they will contact you for next steps.
