When the location/department doesn't show up in the drop-down menu, it could be due to 1 of the 3 following things:
- Approval Routing: This has to be set up. Refer to our step by step guideline:
- Chart of Accounts: Have to be applied to departments. Refer to our step by step guideline: https://success.procurify.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009529687-Set-Up-Chart-of-Accounts
- Budgets: Have to be allocated towards departments/locations. Refer to the following article: https://success.procurify.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009700828-Set-Up-Edit-Budgets
If you have the Settings Tab, please check those 3 things and once correctly set up, the drop-down menu will show the choices correctly. If you don't have the Settings tab, you will have to get in contact with your superuser or site administrator.
