Issue:

  • Question mark is broken 
  • Procurify is not working 
  • Why can't I click the question mark button? 

 

Resolution:

  1. Refresh your screen 
  2. Clear your browser's cache 
  3. Remove ad blockers from your browser 
  4. Try using an alternate browser
