1. Vendor reviews can be written on any Purchase Order page. Navigate to any Purchase Order from either the Procure or Receive tabs.
2. By the Vendor, you'll see the Vendor Score, as well as reviews. Click on the Review link.
3. In the new window that pops up, give the vendor a rating and leave a comment.
4. After posting your review, your rating and comment will now be visible for this vendor alongside their Vendor score.
