Wonder whether your PO email has been successfully sent to vendors yet?
Email log can show you the status of the PO emails.
After creating and emailing a PO to the vendor, click on the Email Logs button on the top right corner of an open PO.
You can keep track of the status of emails and all other pertinent information i.e., Time stamp, Vendor email address, messages and attachment files if any.
Initially after you send the email, a status of "Sent" is shown.
Shortly, if the email is successfully delivered to your vendor, the status will be changed to "Delivered".
In any cases where delivery is failed due for some reason, a "Failed" email status is shown. In this case, please confirm if you have the correct email address and check with vendor for their email server settings.
