This is a situation that doesn't happen every day but could happen quite often and here's how to do it 😃
In this case, the PO has to be manually closed. To do this, do the following:
1. Click on PO History under Procure tab
2. Search for the PO you wish to manually close and click into it
3. Go to the bottom and click on CLOSE PO
There you go! You are done!
