Steps:
On the left-hand navigation bar, select the Accounts Payable module and select Manage Bills.
Select the Approved bills tab.
Locate the bill you wish to sync and select the checkbox next to the bill. You can select multiple bills or use the checkbox at the top to select all bills.
Once you've selected the bill(s) you wish to sync, select the button Sync to Sage Intacct.
It may take a moment for the Bill to sync. Refresh your browser. The Sync Status on the bill will display Synced when the sync is complete.
You've successfully synced bills to Sage!
To confirm that the bill has synced in Sage, go to Subsidiary at the top of the page. Then, click on Accounts Payable on the left navigation and click on Bills. You'll know that the bill has synced from Procurify because the Description field on the bill will show the link to your Procurify domain.
Please note: We sync bills from Procurify to Sage Intacct at the subsidiary level and not at the Top Level.
This ensures that your financial data is accurately reflected within each specific subsidiary.

The bills may take seconds or even minutes to sync to Sage.
